Start there. Because when you connect to that future self, your habits become a bridge, not a burden. It’s going to feel inconvenient. It’s going to cost money, energy, trial, and error. You’ll spend twice as long in the kitchen. You’ll Google a hundred things. But that’s the cost of becoming someone new. Start there. Go deeper.
